CY First Report Card

Cyrus has made good progress this term. Cyrus' personality is evolving and we are delighted to see his self-confidence grow this term. Cyrus shows a good understanding of the theme based mathematical concepts we have studied this term.


He can count past 10 by rote and can match and sort objects. He enjoys completing puzzles during our purposeful playtimes. Cyrus' language skills in English are improving and he is now able to express most of his ideas in class.


Cyrus enjoys art and craft activities. He likes painting and can control a paintbrush and crayons quite well. He also enjoys sensory play; filling and emptying cups of pasta and rice is a favourite activity!


Cyrus shows a love of books. One o this favourite activities is going to the school library to choose his weekly library book. He concentrates very well when listening to stories and likes looking at books independently.


Cyrus enjoys being a part of the whole class, but for the moment chooses to play close to his teachers rather than directly interacting with his classmates. With time, we are sure he will learn to interact with his friends more readily.


Overall, Cyrus has done a good term; he is continuing to improve everyday.
