ho la, woke up at 615 around.... got dressed and left da house - heading to..... markham! parked my car at scottie's and then we took his car... first grab mcdonald's for breakfast.... they give free newspaper ga wor... haa didn't know that..... and then we went onto the hwy to montreal lu! we took turns this time... i drove about 2-3 service station la..... stopped by the tourist info at the end of 401.... the lady said there'll be fireworks @ old montreal tonight! by the time we got to montreal it was 1-ish... not bad hehee.... parked da car.... we chose the lot outside of the hotel cos it was cheaper.... $15/24hrs ok la.... downtown wor.... and then did an early check in - dropped down our stuff... and started walking towards the shopping area - st. catherine street!
but first thing first..... FOOD! we were both kinda hungry...... ended up at an italian restaurant.... with the receptionist looks like Christy Chung! hahaa attempted to take a picture of her but she speedwalks around the restaurant... couldn't catch her in da camera.... too bad... =P we both had pasta.... d food pretty good le, d pasta ho chi hai homemade ge tim!
shopping ma.... we walked on the street a bit first... and then headed to the underground area - ho chi toronto's path.... nothing special, the street better hahaa...... lotsa sales in the stores le, most things are like 70% off not like toronto most dol hai 50%.... we found benetton @ eaton center!! the t-shirts are cheaper here hehee.... so i bought too, a yellow and a purple.... ummm... thanks scottie hehehee...... and then we kept walking walking..... found $15 tie @ a nice desinger store..... sisley was eye opening too! nice stuff there but discount jor still a bit expensive to me... haaa.... the stores close so early.... didn't even get to check out fcuk jau need to go lu.....
went back to the hotel to hea for a bit..... walk jor 3 hours a...... dead tired~ 7-ish jau head out again.. this time... to old montreal! =D we took the route to st. laurent so we can walk by china town on the way there too..... very old very china town feel.. has the china town smell hahahaa...... old montreal ho big ga... we walked walked walked.... shops jau not too many or not too interesting.... we were looking for food la..... ended up at the same restaurant i went last time with my parents!! cos they had the yummy lobster bisque soup!! kekeee.e... jeng jeng jeng... oh there were ppl on the streets doing shows/stuns..... putting fire in the mouth a, pretending to be a statue a gum.... ho interesting ga..... back to the dinner..... it was huge!!!! i couldn't finish the lobster...... but it was good heheehee...... after that we headed to the shore and followed the crowd... to watch fireworks.... but 1/2 way there we realized we were walking really far already.... so started to head back.... d fireworks ok la, not that spectacular.... attempted to take a few pics of it but not too nice.... cos we were far away from there...... we took a slow and long walk back to the hotel... almost 1 hour a! got back to the hotel already 12 something... take mai shower by the time we hit the bed already 1 something..... tmr, check out @ 12~!
